Home physiotherapy for pain and injury in Seven Kings
Assessment and treatment for muscle, joint and injury-related problems, without a journey to a clinic.
Why choose care at home?
A home appointment lets us connect your symptoms to the movements and surroundings you use every day. Whether it is a painful shoulder, back discomfort or an injury affecting exercise, we start with what is difficult and what you want to get back to.
What we can work on together
- Understand which movements and activities affect your symptoms.
- Work towards the everyday tasks or exercise that matter to you.
- Build a practical exercise plan around the space and equipment you have.
Your first appointment
We discuss how the problem started, your health history and current symptoms, then assess relevant movement. Treatment may include hands-on care, movement advice and exercises, depending on the assessment and your agreement.
More about pain and injuryPlanning your visit in Seven Kings
When arranging a Seven Kings visit, include a flat or building name alongside the street address where needed. Tell us about any stairs and the person who will meet the physiotherapist.
We come to your home, so there is no need to travel to a clinic. Your exact address is checked during booking before suitable times are shown.
Before we arrive
- Wear clothing that makes it easy to assess the affected area.
- Have any relevant scan reports or previous exercise advice available.
- If symptoms relate to desk work or another home activity, show us the setup you normally use.
Self-pay, insurance or a cash plan?
Self-pay visits are £160 for 60 minutes. You receive a paid itemised invoice. If you use a health cash plan, check its home-visit cover, claim limits and requirements before booking.
Private medical insurance needs authorisation for home treatment with your clinician. Clinic recognition alone does not establish home-visit cover; your policy may include an excess or shortfall.

Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
No. Tell us what is difficult and we can assess the problem. If another service or further investigation would be more appropriate, your physiotherapist will explain the next step.
Can you help me return to exercise?
We can assess relevant movement and discuss a graded plan suited to your injury, current abilities and goals. The activities and progression are agreed after your assessment.
