Who provides this service?
Nexus Home Physiotherapy is operated by Nexus Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd, the business behind Nexus Physiotherapy Clinic. For questions about your information or home-visit care, call 020 7511 3550.
Booking and care information
We use the details you provide to check whether a home visit is suitable, arrange your appointment and support your care. Address checks send postal fields to our address and road-routing provider, Geoapify; patient names, contact information and clinical details are not included in those checks.
Booking information is handled by the Nexus patient-management system. Payment is handled separately by Stripe. Your appointment is confirmed only after Nexus verifies its booking and payment state.
Essential browser cookies
An anonymous signed cookie binds address checks, availability and unfinished-booking recovery to your browser. It does not open patient records. Your Nexus care uses a separate, verified access link and signed care-session cookie. Form entries are not kept in browser storage.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics is off unless configured for the public website. If you accept, Google Analytics measures general website pages and booking-button, telephone and email clicks. It does not run on booking, care, clinical service or area-detail pages. We do not send patient details, health information, private links, queries, referrers or page titles. You can reject or withdraw using Analytics preferences on general pages; booking is unaffected.
