A little clarity, before we visit.

Useful answers for you, your family and anyone helping arrange care.

What happens at the first visit?

We discuss your symptoms and goals, assess your movement, and begin treatment where appropriate. You leave with a clear plan for what to do next.

Do I need a referral?

You can enquire about self-pay physiotherapy without a GP referral. Please tell us about any surgical guidance or relevant care already in place.

Can I book for a family member?

Yes. The person receiving treatment needs to agree to the visit. Let us know if a family member or carer will be there to help.

What do I need at home?

A comfortable chair and enough room to move are usually a useful starting point. We can discuss your space and any access needs before a visit.

Can I use insurance or a health cash plan?

Check with your provider before booking. Home visits are not automatically covered by clinic recognition. Ask us about an itemised receipt and confirm what your plan accepts.

Can you arrange specialist care or physiotherapy for a child?

Yes. Tell us about the care needed when you contact us. We discuss suitability, visit arrangements and the appropriate physiotherapy before confirming an appointment.
