What happens during your visit?

Your physiotherapist asks about your symptoms, health history and goals, then assesses your movement. Treatment can include exercise, hands-on care and practical advice, depending on what is appropriate for you.

We explain the plan and what you can practise between sessions. Follow-up visits are discussed based on your needs; there is no promise of a fixed outcome.

Before we arrive

Wear clothing you can move in. Have any relevant surgical instructions ready, and let us know about steps, parking or access needs when arranging a real visit.

You can have a family member or carer present with your agreement.
